The Challenge

A day at a theme park involves more than just enjoying the rides.

Families need to navigate a large space, manage waiting times, coordinate activities, find places to eat, and stay connected when exploring separately.

The challenge was to create one connected experience that addresses the different needs of parents and children.

Two Users. Different Needs.

Parents

Plan and manage the family's schedule, reserve activities and restaurants, view their children's locations, and stay connected throughout the day.

Children

Explore attractions, view their schedule, communicate with family members, collect tickets, and choose rewards.

One shared experience, designed around two different levels of independence and control.

One Park. Two Experiences.

Wonderpark connects parents and children through two interfaces, each designed around their

different needs.

The parent interface focuses on planning, coordination, and supervision, while the child interface encourages exploration, independence, and play. Both experiences are connected through a shared map, schedules, and communication features.

Beyond the Rides

Wonderpark brings every part of the park experience together in one app. Parents can explore restaurants, reserve tables, and organize the family's activities through a shared schedule. Meanwhile, children can collect digital tickets by enjoying rides and redeem them for gifts directly through the app.

From planning meals to earning rewards, Wonderpark creates a connected experience for the whole family.
